Acrobatics
Kidz in the Biz Acrobatics Classes develop strong foundations and extend students from the current skill set.
Kidz in the Biz Acrobatics Students are known for their amazing skills, energy and dedication to their work.
We have a range of classes to suit different levels of ability and age.
In 2012, we introduced KIDZ IN THE BIZ ACROBATICS TROUPE. Since its inception, this troupe is admired for their level of skill and remains undefeated.
What can I expect to learn ?
Classes are based on ability, however skills may include strengthening & flexibility exercises, rolls (forward and back), hand stands, cartwheels (two and one handed), round offs (two and one handed), jumps, flips, baranis, somersaults, aerials (forward and side), tumbling lines, back tuck and much more!
All our acrobatics students must undertake a jazz class with us at KIDZ IN THE BIZ.
